Sampo Monitor Horror

I just installed a 32meg TNT2 ultra yesterday, everything was going fine until I tried to switch resolution and that was that. Now all it does is flick on and off about twice a second and make a faint clicking sound. I know this is not a driver related problem but I need help.

Boot into safe mode and reinstall the Driver then Reset the resolution. and Refresh Rate.
The clecking is either a Bad monitor or a High Refresh rate for you Monitor.
