This TV card, the fact that the driverd are not installed dose not mean that the Bios dont alocate it resorces, and espacialy DMA OverLay like you need for DVD.

did you try the Nvidia DVD player program ?
I have one that came with my Elsa Card, and i think it's costum made for Nvidia chips.

i didnt get any dvd software..., boy do i feel ripped off..lol..and ya, i know that my tv card isnt installed, i dont care to take the time to install...its a piece of sh*t if it works im lucky, but the picture still sucks and i could just go to the living room and watch tv, it was pointless...its my video card (there 2 seprate devices) that is screwing with windvd..unless somewho my tv card is messing with everything, maybe ill just take that out and use it as a paper wieght or something...

First - if you dont use this TV card - remove it from the computer.
second, my DVD program came with a Elsa card. You never said who is your card maker, and I am not sure that the DVD program come with all cards out there.

The program i got is called Elsa DVD2000.
