I'm stumped with this one. A Voodoo3000 PCI is installed into a Win98SE machine, running the 1.07 (latest) drivers, but it won't run in anything other than 640x480 - the desktop properties won't allow it to be changed, nor will the 3Dfx quickres tool.

I've removed it from the system and reinstalled, set it back to VGA and reinstalled, tried older drivers and reinstalled but it still doesn't want to change resolutions!

I also get an error sometimes ("No More Files") when running the setup program.

Any pointers? This is driving me nuts!

Try changing the monitor from the windows defaults to one nearer or identical to the model you are using it on.

Thanks - I found exactly that on the Voodoo Users (http://www.voodoo.dk/voodoousers/troubleresolution.html) site after a quick search on Google, so it looks like the most obvious thing.

Bit of a stupid error really!
