how do i ad "-C" to a target line

hi i bought this game and when i try to play it it gives me "fatal error can not create 3D divise i went to read me file in the game it told me to ade "-C" to target line to uncompress 3d immg.

If you have an icon on your desktop for the game you can right click on it, click properties, click on the shortcut tab, in the target line you'll see where the programs been stored, either in C: or D:, doesn't matter but click on the target line, hit the key end to get to the end of the target line and then add -C, click apply and that's it. If you screw it up you can always create a new short cut and place it on the desktop.
