I found this Google cached page (http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:nau9f2PwTjI:www.3dgaming.com/fps/techshop/compare.htm+i740+chipset+features&hl=en) that compares the i740 chipset to other video chipsets. According to this page, it's in the league of a Voodoo 2 or ATI Rage Pro.

It's basically the same the video chip used in the intel i810/i815 series motherboards. Which is fine for basic 2D/3D work, but it ain't a Ge-Force type card.
