OK, guys, I have decided to dump my trusty
G400 MAX and G-SERIES RAINBOW RUNNER, I am looking at ati RAEDON, there is a 64 mb due out, I am looking for features I had with Matrox combination, ie video editing, tv ,dvd etc, please give your opinions, I am not a gamer just want stability, I will soon be upgrading to XP. other specs,,,,
ASUS P4T, INTEL P4 1.4, 512 RDRAM, SB LIVE 5.1, ETC.

If you're looking to keep the video editing & capturing/TV features, I'd shell out the cash for ATI Radeon All-In-Wonder. The Radeon also has the best hardware DVD playback of any 3D card on the market.

Based on what you're looking for, I'd go with a Radeon myself.

First you have the ATI Radeon 64DDR ViVo that have Video in and out options.
If you are realy into editing I suggest that you might look for the next level and get a real dedicated Video capture-Edit card that work directly with programs like Premier and Ulead MS6.
