My system is as follows.

AMD 1.1 Thunderbird
Abit K7
768 Ram
TNT2 V770 Ultra (32Meg)

I do play alot of online games (Mostly Diablo 2)

Currently my card does not have TV-Out. That is the main reason I am ready to upgrade. Besides the updrade to 64 Meg cannot hurt my gaming :)

I have looked at reviews and seemed to have narrowed it down to two cards. I was origionally planning on the Gforce 2 PRO. But the Gforce 2 Ultra and the Gforce 3 TI seem to be within my max price range.

I seem to get a little confused between the actuall differences between these two cards, therefor I am having trouble picking the best for me.

Please someone transfer the specs in the reviews into simpler terms.
Thank You in advance.

TV out on video cards always seems to suck anyway, from my experience. But I don't have SVHS to try it with, so I could be wrong here.

You are right, only very low resolution support & I would go for a Radeon DDR with TV Out if you are looking at watching DVD's on teh TV.

Yep, I had a Voodoo 3500 and my TV supported at most a whopping 800 X 600, with a terrible refresh rate.

I'd prolly go with the GF2 Ultra myself...the RAM is faster, and there's more of it.

Asus would be my recommendation also.

I'm using the V7100 GeForce 2 MX400 (64Mb) card at work and it's an excellent performer with Q3 and UT.

Asus has a good grasp on "packaging" the GeForce chips.
