Pinnacle Studio DC10 & Error at Bus Master ASIC

Question, I tried to install a Video Capture card the Pinnacle Studio DC10 PCI card. In the installation it runs a hardware test and I get an error; Board Functions; Error at Bus Master ASIC. I contacted Pinnacle support and they had no answer other than to try different PCI slots. In the Device Manager it shows no conflicts. Anyone have any idea as to what's wrong. Thanks
