Help with Radeon/Soundblaster/AMD based system

I've been getting crashes in High Heat Baseball 2002 constantly when playing in Season, Exibition, Batting Practice and Pitching Practice modes in 3D mode. But, the strange thing is I can play Home Run Derby without any problems, which is very strange to me. When I talk about crashes, I am saying, freeze-up's in game, crashes to the desktop (most common), and blue screens of death.
An example of a message I get on a blue screen is:

A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:CO2A3531 in VxD VWIN32(05) + 00002059.

Lately, this has started to happen in other games too (Alpha Centari, Madden 2001, etc.), the most common problem being freezing up. I just got through updating my drivers for my 3D card, sound card, and motherboard chipset. These problems have happened before and after updating these drivers. Here's a look at my system:

The farthest I have gotten in season mode was to the 4th inning with the Cubs. I have tried other teams, but that fixed nothing. I would really appreciate any help you could supply to me.

I would have to say bad RAM, especially if it is affecting more than one program.

You say you have over 500MB of "physical" RAM. You could take out a stick of RAM and see if that helps, then keep switching until the problem goes away. Then you know which stick is bad and needs to be replaced.
