Belkin problems

I am having a problem with a user's workstation. They recently plugged everything into a Belkin Omniview Pro 4 port KVM switch. It worked fine at first but now everything is tinted VERY yellow. I've seen this before but can't remember if or how I fixed it. If anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them. The monitor is a 21" not sure of the model.

Sounds like the cable from the monitor to the switch is loose

exactly , mine used to show bluw when this thing happened, (depends on which pins doesn't ground)
