As some of you may recall, I recently asked everyone which video card they recommended for my athlon system. Now I have upgraded to Windows 2000 Professional and still haven't gotten a decent video card. Right now I'm still using the Riva 128 4mb card that I got out of my old CTX.

What would everyone recommend as far as either chipset or specific video card for use on an Athlon running Windows 2000? I am running a Gigabyte GA-7zx board which uses the VIA KT133 chipset. I know there have been compatibility problems with certain cards on Athlons, as well as issues with certain cards under Win2k.

I just want a card that will get me decent framerates in games as well as working with win2k on an Athlon.

BTW, I also want the card to have TV outputs.

Recommendations? Cheaper is always better, between 100-200 is what I have to spend.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Kyle

I'll go with what I'm using now....any card based on the GeForce2 MX chip....a LOT of them have TV-out (I'm using the Asus one). I'm also using Win2000, but I'm using an MSI board...same chipset though.
