CIRRUS LOGIC 5440 FOR NT 4

Help, I am trying to find the NT4 driver for a 1mb Cirrus Logic 5440 Graphics card, I have tried using the default NT4 one, but all I get is the option for 16 colours, I need at least 256 colours, but I would like 16bit at 800X600. I have looked everywhere for this driver, Cirrus Web site and their partner site, ISDL (I think that is the name), multiple search engine sites, but still no joy. If anybody could point me to a web page I will grateful.
