Does the Asus P5 A motherboard support 2x and 4x AGP cards

Does the Asus P5 A super 7 motherboard
support 2x and 4x AGP graphics cards.
It doest say on the web site and the manual.

I belive it supports 2x but not 4x although a 4x card will work in one...I am running a GeForce DDR in mine
