I have an ISA Video card dated 3/96
The chip shows it's an

HMC
HM86314Q
9441B D4AP3

I cannot find an FCC # anywhere on the card.

I'm trying to find a driver for this.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Hualon made the VGA chip on the card, and they probably made the card too. It is quite callous on their part, but I don't think that they ever wrote a Win95 driver for the cards that they made. I think that you have to use the Standard VGA driver for that card. That means that you can only get 16 colors out of the card.
