Dose this mean the v-card or the cpu when I install a game I'm not a gamer but some of my son's friends have these new games and since I have all these comuters in the shop they try them out but this new game driver will not work on a 3d permerdia c3000 pci or like I say is it the cpu that is light .
And it does't matter what config of mb or ram or others since they tried it on all speeds and mb's. It seems to be in the v-card I belive yes I know a new card but this is for my OUR INFORMATION THANKS FOR ANY INFO

99% of the time, that message does mean the video card is insufficient.

Try downloading updated drivers for the cards and installing the latest version of DirectX (http://www.microsoft.com/directx). If that doesn't work, then the card is probably obsolete technology.

Are you talking about the Permedia 3 Create video card? If you are, that card should be real good at running a game, that is if the drivers are installed correctly. Go to 3dlabs web site, they've had some issues with some of their drivers not fully installing on the first go, check it out.
