I want to update the video output of the Trident 9440 on my pentium 120, as I just got a Nokia 17" svga monitor. Can it push a higher resolution, and will the update on the driver work on a P120?

You would probably be better off to buy another video card than to add memory to this one. JeanneD July 14th, 1999, 09:11 AM I have gotten higher res on those cards with new drv, but truth is I think they stink (the 9440, other Tridents work OK for cheap cards) Video cards are so cheap now I would get something better... driver: http://www.trid.com/HTML/Drivers/tvga_tgui.htm [This message has been edited by JeanneD (edited July 14, 1999).] rusabus July 14th, 1999, 06:29 PM Direct X 6.1 has a recent driver for this card that works well with windows 98. If you install DX6.1 under '95 it will recommend that you dont install the updated drivers, but if you do, they work as well. windrivers.com
