Screensaver locks up,Win98se

win98se,
any screensaver I use when i come back to the machine its locked up..have to hit the reset button..doesnt do it all the time.
any ideas?

1) Check to make sure Advanced Power Management is turned on in your BIOS.
2) Be sure to only use screen savers that came with Win 9x CD
3) If it's the 3D screensavers that are locking, try using the boring ones.
4) Don't use screensavers in the first place. Turn on energy savings features to turn off monitor after 10 minutes or so.

These are just a few generic suggestions I can give without seeing how your system is set up. Sorry if you've already tried these or if they don't help.
