Well, here's another frickin' Windows problem...yeah, nothing new; it's Windows.
Anyway, as the subject says, I'm having problems with the QuickLaunch bar in Windows. If you don't sepcifically know it, it's the toolbar on your taskbar that was put there after MSIE 4.x or 5.x was installed on your system. It has shortcuts you can put in it to your most used apps.
Anyhow, I can't seem to change the size of it or the arrangement of the icons anymore. I don't know why, but it was working fine before. I can change it during a session of Windows, but once I restart or cold-boot my machine, the arrangement and size goes back to what it was before I changed it. Why is that happening? It's not a big deal, but it's annoying me beyond belief.
Thanks for any help given!
