wrong window size

I have a client who go to a web page, on this page there is a link that open an other windows but that windows does not have the right size. There is still some text that needs the window to be larger. But the resize button is disabled on that new window and we cannot put the window larger.

I have already enabled the Java Functions on IE5 without any results and try resizing the screen to an other resolution than 800x600 without any results either.

Hmmm... Is it ONLY this perticular webpage that opens this way? Could it be a java issue, or possibly a script issue?

I wouldn't guessed that, a registry key for the window size of IE.

I even tried closing the new window and pressing SHIFT. without any good result.
