Not realy sure what you are trying to do..
you have two partitions and want to use one to put another O/S on, or you just want to install an O/S... if its the latter than this might be of some help (http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum3/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=11&t=003219&p=3#000031).. If not post more detail....

You can also use a Win98 startup disk and use the CD-Rom support option. After starting you will be taken to A:\ ... your CD should be E:\ try running setup.exe from there.
