Fatal Exception OE in VXD

I installed Sim City 3000, after I load the game I get a blue screen "A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C663E003 in VXD Asp4Wave(01) + 00014553. The current application will be terminated."

Can anybody help me?

But Try to reinstall the game. afterword delete all *.tmp files. then run SFC. If problem Persists.

System File Checker

Go to start button, then run, then type in sfc.

Read and follow the onscreen prompts. You'll be fine.

I re-installed the game then deleted all the *.tmp files and no problems were found when running system file checker. I still recieve blue screen fatal exception error. Any other suggestions.
