GFP in WIN98 for outlook 2k

os is win 98, using outlook 2k, After outlook 2k is open for 5 mins, I am getting a GPF at module fldpub.dll .
I have reinstalled outlook,I have Changed the dll file. I have uninstalled the Virus protection (Norton"s). Nothing seem to work to get rid of ths problem. Any suggestions? :confused:
