Is there a web site or alternative source that can give me descriptions or solutions to Windows 95 numerical error codes, in particular "08611"?

Usually, you don't get a numerical error message, although I have seen some with Visual Basic programs. What kind of program is giving you the error, and what is the EXACT error message (write it down)?
