Device Manager Problem

I recently installed a Netgear Phonline 10X PCI card onto my old computer (Pentium 60, Win95 OEM SR2). Installing the card, enabling the PCI slot in CMOS, windows detected the card, I installed the software. Now the device is disabled in Device Manager (yellow Dot-!, Code 10: device not working properly). I've tried removing/reinstalling, installing to different PCI slot, and bought/installed another card, but nothing's worked. Any ideas?

Check the devices resources, make sure it isn't bumping into other things...also, see if there are any known problems with your hardware, particularly your mobo. And finally, see if for some reason newer drivers work...peace!
