Post to FTP site

Know this is a little off topic, but didnt fit anywhere else. This is a great site, and has been a lot of help.
Want to post files on a friends FTP site. How do I go about doing this.
Feel stupid, but have not done it before.

personally I use wsftp or cuteftp to upload files...just open the program, connect to the server browse to the file and upload it

hi a really good prog for uploading is flashfxp,most of the peoples in warez use it and i can vouch for it it is good,Clauded
