Wave files problem

I got a problem with my spound card. When a wave file is played , (for ex. when I open a window or try to run a program ) the sounds is repeated over and over

The most likely cause is an IRQ conflict. An interrupt that your sound card is trying to use is also being used by another device in your system. The best place to start is in control panel --> system --> device manager. Find out which device is conflicting with your sound card.
