On start up of Windows95 my PC complains about the NTKERN.VXD file being damaged and asks for the crystal Cs4232 driver disk (which I don't have). If the startup is continued the PC will not log onto my network. Cannot see this this file anywhere in my startup files. Any idea how can I fix this/further investigate.

The best thing to do is to download the drives for this hardware. Try www.winfiles.com (http://www.winfiles.com) to get the latest drivers, when you install them the file should be replaced.
