To answere the last question first do you really want to know the last PB power supply I found for was over $300 dollars new at wholesale cost. If you can find a local computer repair shop that uses one of the national parts houses you can find one. some of these places have used take outs at resonable cost. Back to you cd and sound card. Pb uses other vendors for their component equipment. If you cannot find the drivers on the PB web site. If you look on both device you will see a FDIC number. this will identify who actully made the parts. You can look on this WEB site for drivers and manufactures information. This web site also has a generic dos CD driver.
You should also boot you computer to safe mode and look for duplicate\comflicts drivers in the controlpanel\systems\devices.
