Error: KEYBUGCHECK

I will post again..the last post vanished.

Anyone know about an error:

KEYBUGHCHECK called by: ( hex number here )

Error code is 40
System halted.

I have not been able to find any reference to this error or what causes it. Is intermittent.

Win 98 SE
Athalon 1.2GIG
256 DDR Ram
Radeon VE w/32 Meg DDR
NIC
MODEM US Robotics data/fax V.90
MSI K7 Master MoBo
350 Watt PS
Boot: 3.2 GIG hdd
Main files: 40 Gig hdd
Floppy
CD Rom 52X
Wacom Graphire tablet.
PS/2 mouse, kboard.

Correction:

KEYBUGCHECK ( oops...getting late! )

Also:
VST 6.2 GIG USB hard drive
Brother USB printer.
Wacom tablet is USB also.
