Ide like to know if on a EP-7KXA 200 FSB Athlon 750 Slot-A board if I upgrade FROM 128 megs of pc-100 TO 256 megs of pc-133 SDRAM, if I should see some perfomance increase...??? thanks.

You will see improvement depending upon what type of programs you use. If you only run MS Office, then most likely the upgrade will do little for you. If you have a virus scan program running on your pc, definately upgrade. Virus checkers can be cpu/mem hogs.

Look online for the best prices and quality brands. Most stores sell generic and maybe the medium grade for 1.5x the price of an online order.

It doesn't hurt to add additional memory, but under Win9x, anything much over 128MB hardly affects system performance at all. Unlike W2K, Win9x doesn't use gobs of memory all that efficiently. The biggest change will be going from PC100 to PC133, but I don't think it's going to be a 133/100 = 33% increase in speed. Too many other factors affect system performance... :(
