Hi there, I work at a small Internet Service Provider, doing Internet tech support part time, and I need some help.

I have a user who has called, and she reports that she has to disable her Content Advisor in Internet Options everytime she starts the browser. She will disable, and it will not remain disabled. When ever she closes the browser and launches it again, Content Advisor is back in full effect.

Is there a way to permanently disable it? Will it require Registry editing?

Thanks!

Matt

check out www.axcel216.com. (http://www.axcel216.com.) this guy has so many hacks for the registry he could give Bill a run for his money. has she tried un-installing the software (isp)? sounds like it's just a conflict between whatever os she's using and the isp's software. just a thought.

Well, we don't use any proprietary software. She has Windows 98 and used the Connection Wizard.

But thanks anyway.
