winword error after printing. because of error in ism.dll

WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS ERROR? IT SAYS THERE IS AN ERROR IN ism.dll, AFTER PRINTING AND THAN I HAVE TO REBOOT MY SYSTEM.
HELP ME PLS!!!
