Grayed out Explorer

Right clicking on the "Start" button, I have Explorer and Open grayed out. How can I get them back?

There may be a quicker way but you can always just reload OS over itself...

If you have TweakUi installed, goto TweakUi--My Computer.... and make sure all drives are checked.
