I found out a neat way to change default program an extention is opened with today. (If this is common knowledge and I'm just catching on I apoligize.)
To change the default App. to open a file in Win98
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Find and highlight the file you want to change.
2) Hold the "Shift" key down and Right Click on the file.
3) Left Click on "Open With.."
4) Then select the program you want to use and check "Always use this program to open this type of file"
