It's VERY annoying, sometimes I get them two or three times in a row! First I get OE 0246:014747FB, then I get OD 0028:C001545A in VXD IFSMGR(4) + 00015E27. It seems to only happen when I have a browser open. I've been getting both of these on both of my computers at two different locations. As soon as it happens, my browser shuts down whether it be IE or Netscape. I've checked several sites as well as forums and nobody can help. With the exception of an added 128m micron chip, my hardware specs are here:

HP info (http://www.hp.com/cposupport/personal_computing/support_doc/bph05427.html)

As far as what runs in the background:
(sorry about the blurriness)

msconfig (http://www.angelfire.com/extreme3/meanpplsuk/index.html)

Thanks for any help.

meanpplsuk have you tried the vxd_fix batch file? You can download it here http://freepctech.com/articles/articles.php?ArticleId=49 . It's rather simple to use. I have used it on several difficult PC's over the the last two years, even my niece's testy Gateway Astro, and it has worked. I don't know if it will cure your problems but it does seem to correct a lot of the annoying BSOD's. Hope this helps. http://www.winscope.com/cgi-bin/forum1/noncgi/biggrin.gif

WOW, thanks. I hope I'm not saying this too early, but I think it worked. I'm going to go and add it to the other pc as well. Thanks again!!!!
