well, there is a similar post here, but I didn't find any instructions on how to solve the problem. Here's the story:
I shut my computer few nights ago, as I always do, and then in the morning, I started it up, and it said that "windows can't find mouse"... So I looked at the control panel/system "folder" and found a yellow "!" over the picture of the mouse, and in the properties box it said "there is some kind of problem with this device, but windows can't determine it", or something like that. I reinstalled the drivers but my mouse is still dead and it won't move at all. It is a serial Genius mouse (at least I think so)... What should I do?
Please help... And if anyone knows a solution, please provide detailed instructions on how to handle this, 'cause I don't know that much about computers...
