PCI System Management Bus

I have a PIII 600, VC820 motherboard with windows 98 and I have the following problem:

In the system properties, device manager under other devices I have a PCI System Management Bus error (exclamation). I cannot find the device driver anywhere. I have tried the windows 98 cd, Microsoft, Intel.

You need to install the chipset drivers. They should be on the CD that came with the board.
