[RESOLVED] Need help bad

I tried to reformat my drive.. so when i try to install windoows again... it says its reformating, it locks or something it stays at 1%... any help would do please

Did you fdisk you HDD first? Does fdisk verify the partition with no errors?

Run fdisk, delete all partitions and format your drive again.
If the problem persists, it's caused by some bad sectors on your hard disk.
