shutdown problems with new installed NIC

I've got a problem with my PC, I installed a 3com 3C905B-TXNM PCI NIC. It installs right. Restart system. No problem, It works fine, but sometimes, the most, the pc doesn't shutdown. Wait until... That's only I see.
I tried to update drivers to lastest version, but it doesn't work, I reinstalled again the drivers, but it doesn't work. What happens?
