dragging .exe files in win98

today i installed win98. i had winME and got
some weird viruses. and this time i installed
win98 and found out that i cant drag .exe
files to another folder. if i try to drag a
.exe, instead of moving to that folder it just sends a shortcut to that folder.
anyone knows any registry tweak about this?

Just drag with the right button and choose copy, move, etc.
