Cookies not being accepted in IE4 or Netscape 3

Help!. Ie 4 will not let me recieve cookies even when they are turned on. I cannot access hotmail etc without this. The cookies appear in the cookies directory, so its accepting them but doesnt seem to be sending them. Any ideas??

Hi.
Weird problem...
If I was in your shoes, I'd remove all network protocols and install them again.
The next step is to remove the dialup settings and install them again too.

Have you checked your system for viruses?
