[RESOLVED] Fatal Exception

I am running Windows 98 and when I turn my computer on I get a fatal Execption OE at 015F:BFF9BOAE or simillar address when windows 98 tries to open. I have to reboot to finally open Windows 98. Once it referred to OE at 0028:C0143F7 in VXD Called from 0028:C0074E08 in VXD.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, would you be so kind as to post a remedy?
