[RESOLVED] Word & XL hangs when closing / saving

When I try to close a word doccument or an XL sheet my ´puter hangs for abt 30-40 secs. (Time out?) Then everything seems normal again. I still have some hair but its getting thinner.

Check your resources to see how low you are, you might try resetting your virtual memory by disabling it, restart in safe mode, run defrag and reenable virtual memory to get it back in one piece. Other than that, I cannot think why both word and excel are hesitating on saves.

Install MS Sp-1, Sp-2. Also remove fastfind in your startupfolder.

REMOVING FASTFIND DID IT! Strange things takes place in the brains of Microsoft programmers. Thanks a lot!
