[RESOLVED] Can you help me find who makes my MB?

I have a 486 MotherBoard here and i need to find out who makes it.

It is an AMI BIOS and the BIOS Reference number is <U>40-2200-42803-0010111-072594-OPTi802-H</U>.

The chipset is OPTi number 82C895. It is a Green MB with 4 30 pin and 2 72 pin memory sockets. Also has a Socket 3.

I went to the website and i found nothing about my MB there. On the bottom there are numbers & letters.

2. V4P895P3/ SMT V5.0
3. CTI202273
