My Computer has found PCI Serial Controller
and needs driver, I know it's on my Win95 Disk, but where?
Please help!

Look in the modem installation disks. I find this very often with win 98 and certain pci modems. Its an .inf file.

Hi Oscar..

If it has found a PCI serial controller it usually means the main board controller. The motherboard should have come with a disk for the PIC/IDE controllers for the Intel Northbridge/Southbridge 3271AB controller. It order to configure your chipset properly, you will need to install those drivers. Other wise HDD's and CD ROMS wont be recognized properly and will run in DOS compatability mode. Is this a custom PC you built? If so, you will need these drivers. The TYAN motherboard web site has the best driver set that works the best. These drivers are only for WIN95 using the TX HX BX intel chipsets.
