Motherboard identification

Can anyone help me to identify the maker of my motherboard please? It has the following markings on the underside: ELPINA TOPSEARCH 3396-2821. On boot bios id is:
06/21/96-i430vx-2A59Ht5BC-00. Thanks.

you have a BIOS which Award says is illegal. Your motherboard has an Intel VX chipset, but a legal VX chipset board has an identifier which starts with 2A59G not 2A59H. Sorry about the bad news. Check out the link above for more info.
