[RESOLVED] inconsisted board

sometimes my computer does not come on when
i hit the power button.i just come back a
hour later,and hit power button,and the com
puter comes on.also the cards on my mother-
board comes loose,after i have tighted them.
is it possible to have a short(fuse)on the motherboard.the benchmark tests says good
board.is there any other test or way to deter
mine.what is wrong with my motherboard?

Your problem is not necessarily caused by a bad motherboard. It could be a bad switch, power supply, RAM, or video card. When you hit the power switch does anything happen at all? Do the fans power up? Do you get any beeps? Try to be a little more specific about what your problem is and what your hardware is and maybe somebody can help you.
