I am running NT server 4 SP3 with IE4 128 bit encryption. I want to upgrade to SP4 but the software says that it will ungrade my 128 bit to 40 bit and the help section says that it is not supported for installation on an existing North American 128 bit install and it could cause some system fails.
Does anybody know where/when this 128 bit encryption will be made into a service pack? Microsoft must know about it because it is stated in the help file. I haven't heard/seen any press releases about it yet.
