NT WS 4.0 has crashed?

I´m installing NT WS 4.0, when i did setup virtual memory at page file size, system did ask to me: do you want to replace pagefile.sys? and i did choose no. Then reboot and system says something like this: there´s not a kernel´s file. Insert a system disk and reboot.

Is the file system FAT or NTFS. If it is FAT then boot from a floppy and loog at c:\boot.ini and make sure it is poinnting ot the operating system
