Hi everyone...

I am in need of a small application that I can use the display the CPU speed of a system.

I am on a network and need to determine the CPUs of the workstations, but having the users reboot and watch the POST screens is a problem.

I downloaded one from Intel, but it seems to only display the speed of PIIIs.

Thanks

There is a neat piece of sftware called CPUSpeed that you can download. I am sure that it is under the CPU section of the Tech Utils part of the site.

Motherboard Monitor is a good util. It will tell you temps and fan speeds and a whole bunch of stuff along with cpu speed, plus it small and free.
